What happens now?
Your repair request has been received, along with your requested visit date. If your booking has been made during our office opening hours (Monday – Friday, 09.00-17.00), The engineer will contact you, usually within 6 hours to confirm timings. If your request has been made out of hours, we will contact you at our earliest opportunity.
Should you need to cancel your repair, simply let us know when we call you to arrange a visit time.
Please note that your preferred visit date is provisional and may be subject to change.
